Two locked-in variants — full and compact — hosted as SVG at https://agentrelay.net/launch-agent.svg and https://agentrelay.net/launch-agent_small.svg. SVG renders natively on GitHub; PNG fallbacks can be exported if needed for surfaces that strip SVG.
